Application Process
For Steps 1 and 2, please prepare the application package containing the following documents:
- Formal letter of application from your institution
- Institutional Review Board approval
- Taiwan Biobank Research Data Access Request
- MOHW International Data Transmission of Human Biobank Project Description
Please contact biobank@gate.sinica.edu.tw to request the forms and relevant documentation.
Domestic applicants who would like to conduct international transmission of biobank data, please enter the
Data Release System through the Chinese website.
